In 2005, Tracey Lombardi formed Lombardi Associates to provide Professional Case Management, Legal Nursing Consulting, File Review, Medical Cost Projections, Life Care Planning/Corporate Crises Intervention, Review, and Medicare Set-Asides. Tracey has been a Board-Certified Case Manager, Certified Nurse Life Care Planner, Certified Legal Nurse Consultant, and Certified Medicare Set Aside Consultant with vast experience working with patients, employers, claims adjusters, attorneys, and other shareholders. During her career, Tracey has aided tens of thousands of injured individuals, always showing compassion. Upon seeing the need to put the Trust back into healthcare, Tracey Lombardi founded the patent-pending company Trust Certified. Tracey’s vision is to improve healthcare by identifying and rewarding providers who are focused on the best possible patient outcomes.
